2022 was highlighted by the end of strict public health measures that prevented large gatherings from taking place (at last!) and by a sense of excitement about recovery after two extremely difficult years for festivals and events.

But at the end of the season, one thing became apparent upon review: it was no small feat to “deliver” these long-awaited events. It was clear that the industry had been left fragmented by the pandemic.
